Draft pending counsel review. These terms are published in good faith as a working baseline. If you need a signed copy or a redlined version for your procurement team, email hello@doloop.io.
These terms apply to doloop.io and all subdomains, including wysiwyd.doloop.io and the WYSIWYD API at wysiwyd-api.fly.dev. By using any of these services, you agree to these terms.
doloop provides deterministic software tools, currently including WYSIWYD (a PDF table extraction service). Our extraction pipeline is fully deterministic: the same input file returns byte-identical output, every time. We publish a determinism certificate covering 90 extractions across 9 documents (10 runs each) with zero variance. Future doloop products carry the same determinism guarantee unless explicitly labeled otherwise.
The free tier is limited to 10 PDF pages per IP address per month. First page of any PDF is always counted as 1 page. Free-tier requests do not require sign-up or payment. We reserve the right to rate-limit, throttle, or block IP addresses that abuse the free tier (for example: automated scraping, DoS-style traffic, or evasion via rotating proxies).
Paid tiers are governed by the specific subscription terms shown at checkout (and, for Enterprise, by a separate signed agreement). Where paid-tier terms conflict with this document, the paid-tier terms control.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we publish a determinism certificate and accuracy audits for WYSIWYD, we make no warranty about fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. The free tier in particular is provided with no service-level guarantee. For SLAs, see the Pro and Enterprise tiers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, doloop's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to doloop in the 12 months preceding the claim, or US$50, whichever is greater. doloop is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
We position our deterministic tools as qualifying for exclusion from the model-risk regime under SR 26-2 (Federal Reserve, OCC, FDIC, April 17, 2026). This positioning is provided for your reference only and does not constitute legal or regulatory advice. Your model-risk team and counsel make the final determination about how SR 26-2 (or any other applicable framework) applies to your use of our tools. We are happy to provide audit-grade artifacts (determinism certificate, accuracy audit, change-history exports) on request.
We may revise these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the front page for at least 30 days before they take effect for Pro tier customers; for Enterprise, changes are governed by your signed agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
